Hi, my name is Liza
As an instructor and teacher, I fully embrace the benefits and healing powers of yoga. For me, yoga is powerful, yet gentle and healing. It makes me feel grounded, yet light, centred, peaceful and focused.
Yoga originally helped me cope with the pressures of corporate life, until eventually yoga became my chosen way of life. In 2015, I traveled to Chennai, India, where I lived and learned from the “oneness” monks, saturating myself in their yoga and meditation environment.
My “Power, Yin and Meditation” classes beautifully express my passion for teaching. I am then able to bring my students to a deeper level, beyond the physical asanas. Focusing on the present moment, feeling peace, strength and happiness all in the same practice is what my classes are all about. Join me in practice and embrace, breathe and relax…
